- added support for dasheds between time-ranges
- now supports multiple ranges
- added tests for timesheets, using the handy verify command

- fixed bug with holidays
- fixed lenient acceptance of overlapping times.  now overlapping
  times are not going to be accepted anymore. this was causing
  unrealistic hours when using incorrect overlapping dates (often
  times using the wrong day number), which were not really a problem
  at all for counting hours, just an error in the dates [2003-11-29]
